JEFFREY FARABAUGH, PRESIDENT - HERSHEY CUSTOM HOMES
Jeff has built a career in the building products and real estate industries over the past 20 years. Upon graduating from Penn State in engineering he worked for Armstrong for 10 years in several positions within the company and also earned his MBA. In 2009 in the midst of the financial crisis he set out to be an entrepreneur and started a real estate investing company and building products wholesale business. The real estate company acquired and repurposed distressed properties in Eastern Pennsylvania. The wholesale business sells large quantities of materials across the US. When the pandemic of 2020 hit Jeff and his wife Lisa opened a showroom in Lancaster, PA called Floors 2 Buy. In addition to flooring they offer a wide variety of products such as custom kitchens, bars, live edge tables, barn doors, wall boards and much more. In 2021 they acquired Hershey Custom Homes from Bob Hershey to build extraordinary homes in Southeastern Pennsylvania.

LISA FARABAUGH, VICE PRESIDENT - HERSHEY CUSTOM HOMES
Lisa's working career has mostly been spent in the operating room as a surgical assistant. She took time off to raise her children when they were young and then went back for a few more years. Over the past few years she has successfully transitioned into sales and design at Floors 2 Buy working with people to help them improve their space. Lisa and Jeff acquired Hershey Custom Homes in 2021 to build extraordinary homes in Southeastern Pennsylvania area. Lisa's main focus is to assess the lifestyle and design preferences of new clients and prepare everything needed to help them make critical detailed design decisions that will turn their dream house into a signature home.
Jeff and Lisa currently live in Lancaster with their two children Hannah and Drew.
